I went to your Georgetown store on 7/3/21 and purchased 4 bracelets ( 3 as gifts and 1 for myself. By not having the measurements and exchanged was needed. I called the Georgetown office, spoke with a very helpful young lady. She advised me to go another location to exchange it. I was in Townson Maryland,& went to Townson Mall. The young lady at the store WASNOT HELPFULL AT ALL. She just express what she couldn't do, No exchange on a clearance items. I told her that I was advised by Georgetown store that I could exchange as long as I had my receipt. Georgetown store call Charlotte NC Northlake store and contact Johnathan and Raven who made the exchanges go w/o any trouble . Thank you,everyone except the Townson store who restored my faith in customer service!!

Mia was amazing!!!! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She even offer to clean my Pandora jewelry I was wearing and gave me tips on how to keep them clean at home. I would definitely visit the store when she’s is there again!

I really like the appearance of the store, it was very clean and very well lit making it easy to see the merchandise and my sales associate Elaina was very nice, friendly and funny, but so was the rest of the staff. She made me feel very comfortable shopping.

As soon as my husband and I walked in the door we were immediately greeted. As we were eyeing some of the merchandise an associate was glad to assist us and seemed very knowledgeable of the merchandise and suggested some beautiful pieces. I wasn't sure if we were going to purchase anything but with the help of your associates my husband bought me 2 of your stackable rings. We will definitely be back!!
