My sale Cendy was awesome!!! She was the best ever. But ur store manager that was on Duty was horrible. Very RUDE! He was not in forcing customers to wear a mask. But it’s a sign on the door to wear a MASK!!! When I said something to him bout, he was really RUDE!!! I was very unhappy how he came off at me. My name is Tosha!!!! 704-792-7139

Jada was very friendly with our exchange process. My boyfriend purchased me my first pandora bracelet and it just so happened to be small. As we went to exchange is Jada went over the proper procedures to care for my bracelet and informed me of my warranty.
