Pandora Jewelry

This was my first time shopping at Pandora. When I first walked in there was an associate already waiting to assist me even with a busy store. The associates name is Brooke from Northlake Mall, she was extremely knowledgeable and had perfect brand representation by wearing pandora jewelry which was nice to see being a first time shopper. She helped me find the perfect styles for my partner and I can’t wait to go back to have an even better experience!

The friendliness amongst the sales associates was noticable and commendable. Their respectful and caring attitudes were with customers and each other.

The customer service was great I did not have to wait and the staff was great. The store was very nice and clean .

I was highly satisfied her being able to talk to us and have a conversation and helping me choose a gift for my girlfriend. She was just trying to help me get the best gift event or the price was more or less and alway helped me get what was best in taste.

The wait to get In the store was not that long. When it was your turn to go in the store, you was immediately assign to a sales associate instead of waiting for someone to voluntarily help you. The sales associate was very nice and customer service was excellent.

Brooklyn was an absolute pleasure, she helped me and told me about the rings and what they were she helped me make a decision and she knew a lot about the rings on display it was great!

Diamond was very kind the moment I walked into the store. She is knowledgeable about the merchandise.

She is friendly and she also help me with choosing out the earring by matching it with the ring. She explain in detail and show me prices and also show me how it was wrapped up.
