Dimond was extremely helpful and very nice. She interacted with us and made us feel very special about shopping with pandora, in the past I had gone in that same store but never received such a great service. She was very knowledgeable and even though there was such a long line outside to get in she didn’t make me feel rushed. From now on I will be coming back with Dimond to do my shopping !
