The Northlake Store did not have a Gemini charm, a hash tag charm and the charm I purchased broke and therefore they exchanged it for a new one. My sales rep was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you, Diamond, (Sales Rep) for being so courteous and professional. See you on my next visit.

Customer service and employees outstanding!

I was impressed with the way the store was set up for the holiday crowd both inside and out. There was a line for customers shopping inside the store, and also a line for picking up online orders. I was especially impressed by the way they had an associate speak to everyone in line waiting to go into the store who wasn’t sure what they were looking for. That helped eliminate angry customers, because I was in line for an hr and didn’t mind.
