Purchased my first Pandora bracelet yesterday abd the experience was amazing. My personal representative Shea (Northlake mall) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was very patient.

The associate was very knowledgeable about the piece I was looking for. She let us look at other items in the case. She even moved one tray that was on the other side to the case in front of so we could see if we wanted to make other purchases and we did.

Destiny was awesome, she didn't force me to buy anything but definitely gave me options and was very professional and upbeat.

Ordered the wrong size bracelet. Went to store and associate was very knowledgeable on the proper fit. I left with the right bracelet and a couple of other treats!

The lady that assisted me went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I had bought a piece for a family member and she told me she didn’t want it, so I was upset about doing a return and the the associate went out of her way to help me find charms that I loved, that it looked great, and even took a picture of me wearing it for me. She absolutely turned my whole day around and I now have a piece of jewelry I absolutely love.
