I was greeted when I first came in and diamond the sales person accompanying me and my fiancé while shopping. She was very nice and helped me get a beautiful necklace I always wanted. I would definitely go back to that store. I also blame diamond for spending too much money lol (just joking)

I was supposed to pick up my order I had placed the night before but pandora had canceled one of my items so the pandora workers were helping me solve the issue when I got there. The customer service associate was being very difficult with helping me cancel my order so I could repurchase in store! While I was waiting to be passed to a manger the line was hung up so that was very disrespectful. Thankfully the associates in store helped me making another purchase & honoring the 3 for 99 deal I had already placed. So as of now I am waiting for a refund from my first purchase I made sunday night(1/23/22)

I started shopping online but didn’t know my ring size so I drove to the Northlake Mall location and it started snowing. Kaneicha did an excellent job of helping me and being patient even though they were closing soon because of the weather.. Highly recommend!

I needed a bigger size in the bracelet I bought and Jonathan made it so easy to exchange. He showed me the sizes that were available and allowed me to try it on so I can see how it fits. It made me happy I was able to get the right size for my mom.
