Jonathan was amazing! He asked why I was there gave a few suggestions. Showed me the engraved charms. Walked me through how to do it. Gave more suggestions and I know my daughter will love her personalized charm.

I was greeted, as always, as soon as I walked in the store. I wasn't there to buy anything, but Diamond treated me as if I was spending thousands. She took care of my bracelet and I did end up purchasing two items.
