Raiven was very polite she greeted us as we walked in the store. She answered all of my questions. The store was very clean and organized. The glass cases were clean and could see the merchandise.

Sales lady was very courteous and knowledgeable. She was attentive to my needs and wishes. Was open to share her personal Pandora jewelry and offered to sale me more merchandise if I needed more. Very pleasant attitude.

My salesperson Raiven was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Sales clerk availability of merchandise.

I went into the Northlake Mall store in Charlotte, NC;looking for a Birthday gift for my mother, I had an idea of what I wanted. The sales associate - Zhaynah, P was just Great, her knowledge of merchandise, creativity & patience was an added PLUS, I was not rushed at all. The end result was a gift for my Mom that I was very happy with, AMAZING Customer Service which is very rare these days!

When I first came in the store the salesperson was very kind. She was also knowledgeable and helped me a lot. So over all it was a great experince.

First, all of the sales associates were very welcoming upon entering the store. Secondly, I was given the opportunity to look around without anyone “bothering” me and, when I was ready, I let them know. I do not like it when sales people continue talking or trying to sale you something while I am looking at the merchandise. Lastly, once I was ready, the sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped me to pick out the perfect rings.
