I ended up having a few questions and left with earrings and started my Pandora necklace. She was so helpful with my questions and helping me leave with exactly what I wanted!!

Diamond was very knowlegable and informative about my needs. I brought in a bracelet with a broken clasp and she explained the policy of purchasing a new one and provided several options for what I needed. She made some very good suggestions about new charms and how to display my current charms better on my bangles. She was professional yet a lot of fun to be served by.

Mia was very helpful with assisting me with picking out charms for my nieces and sisters. She worked with me with exchanging bracelets that I brought too big with patience. Mia was very helpful and extremely patient with me.
