Was a little frustrated with the amount of time waiting to enter the store especially because the line was short when we arrived two people in front of us, however, once inside Cassidy the associate thy helped us, made me forget my frustration. As soon as she approached us, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Her suggestions were perfect and I’m picky lol, her knowledge on merchandise along with her friendly personality, made the best visit I have ever experience at this store. The process was quick but we never felt rushed or pressured to hurry up with our purchase. Cassidy added some laughter, happiness due to a specific Puerto Rican charm I originally was told by the young lady at the desk at the door, was not available, but Cassidy checked and found one! I absolutely love going into a store and receiving that kind of customer service. It wasn’t your standard, basic conversation to make the customer buy something type, she is truly a Ray of light for me becoming I mainly but online due to horrible customer service experiences elsewhere. Thank you Cassidy, for the wonderful experience at Pandora, we look forward to seeing you with future purchases.

This is the only Pandora store that I like to go to. They are always friendly and they always tell the truth about each product. I probably come to this location every 2 weeks.

The associate that I dealt with was excellent. The associate was very informative. The associate was also very helpful.

I purchased the charms I wanted. I was able to try on the bracelet for size. I got to see the new charms also.

First off I absolutely love Pandora products because they have a way of providing meaning to your everyday life and various events that happen in life. Not not mentions they offer beautiful pieces.

Diamond was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will return to the store within the week to purchase a graduation present.
