The selection of merchandise was great as well as the personal assistance in finding the perfect gift. During my visit I informed of what was on sale as well as shown many options to add to my current purchase at a later date.

I visited the store because my R2-D2 charm had broken and I wanted to exchange it for the Millenium Falcon. An employee name Jada was very kind and helpful. She even saw that the bracelet I had gotten was too small for my wrist and offered to exchange it for the next size up so that my future charms could fit.

Love that store they are always very nice and friendly and great customer service. That’s the only pandora store I go too
