Diamond was great at helping me with my purchase selections. She asked questions to determine what you of items I was shopping for, offered options and was very patient and personable. If I go back, I will look for her as my sales Lady and expertise of the products.

After having a previous experience where I received less that satisfactory service, this was a huge turnaround. Not only was I greeted and welcomed in a timely manner, but I also learned about a new product you offer and one of my “charms” I was using incorrectly and was educated on that!

Malena & Kathy were AWESOME! They provided me with excellent customer service from the moment I arrived in the store. They listened to the reason I came in (sizing of bracelet & exchange) and immediately offered me suggestions on other items to consider and try on. Malena & Kathy were very personable. I felt like I mattered as a customer and what I wanted was of top concern. I have not experienced this type of customer service in a long time. I would definitely shop at this location again.

Kash was very helpful and made great recommendations. She also cleaned my tarnished bracelet as well. She was very patient as I tried to figure out how to pay with my phone.

The sales Rep was very informative on how to take care of the bracelet & charms , she was very patient with me & answered all questions asked
