Representative was very patient and very knowledgeable on all the products and questions we asked her.

Kathy was so helpful and friendly. She knew when to let me just look and when to offer assistance.

Soon as we walked in we were greeted promptly with a smile from both associates. The associate stated she’d be with us as soon as she was down helping other customers and said we could look around. Soon as she was done with the other customers she approached us and began to help us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful finding what we were looking for.

Store manger was polite and understanding. She assist me in making the right choice for bracelet and charms. I love her attitude and energy.

The associate, Zharyah, was amazing. She was friendly and made both my 6yr old daughter and I feel welcomed.

I was highly satisfied because the item I wanted was available and there were others similar to it. The sales associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the product. The sales associate also was nice enough to show me the best way to put the bracelet on.

Had to come from a few towns over because we don't have a Pandora store nearby. The sales ladies pretty much knew what I was looking for and then got me all squared up.
