The Lady never look at my eyes she had a racist actitud toward me. She tried to give me a hard time for me to exchange my necklace plus she charged me $5.00 and never gave me the receipt, she gave me other receipt without explain me.She was so racist.I went with my kids to that store. And even they've notice her racism toward me. We felt so sad because of that lady. I will never go back to Pandora at Northlake Mall. That lady was so meant to me.. Never smile, not looking at my eyes and acting like if maybe I was lying to her but when I've gave her my name, she found me in the system..So dissapointed for me that day.. 😐 just for being spanish and looking black.. THAT LADY HAS NO SENSE AT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.😐

The sales associate was unfriendly, not very knowledgeable on new products and merchandise. She was rushing us and borderline rude. Very unengaging and standoffish.

Entered the store. There were four sales associates and three customers. The fourth sales associate had her back to the store and never turned around to assist anyone. She went through a door into the back room. Finally a sales associate asked me if I had signed in. I had not as I was unaware of a sign in sheet. As I went to sign in, another customer walked in and signed in before me. So I had to wait even longer. Finally a sales associate assisted me. I expressed my displeasure, And she apologized, but I think she was trying to placate me only. Had I not been purchasing a gift card for a birthday present, I would have left the store without purchasing anything. If your store has a sign in policy, that should be clearly visible at the front door for patrons who do not normally patronize your store.

Vicki was the only nice associate. Everyone else treated me like I was dirt. I wasn’t dressed up or fancy looking and got a lot of stares. When I asked for help they told me they’d be with me and then other people walked in and got immediate assistance. There was apparently a pad of paper to put your name on and I wasn’t informed of that. Took an hour and half to get the ring I was there to buy.
