I came into the store because my bracelet was broken. Upon my arrival I encountered a sales associate who looked as if I was more of a bother to her. She told me that the bracelet that I was replacing was out of stock at her location and that I would have to travel out of my way to get another one. The manager was called on the radio and the sales associate was wrong the bracelet wasn’t available at the location she referred me to. On top of that the spacers that came with the damage bracelet were not replaced. I was dissatisfied with my overall experience and won’t be visiting again.

This was my first time ever at Pandora, and I purchased my first pandora bracelet. The sales associate kept telling me I needed to buy separators but I told her no thank you. She took them off then put one on again before I checked out and told me I needed at least one, I told her no thank you again and she got upset. She wasn’t very nice and she said “really you’re not going to get it even though I said you need it?” I just felt very pressured.

I was HIGHLY SATISFIED! Did I hit the wrong button. I lLOVE going to this location. They are always friendly. I appreciate them for that, and the conversations that we have.

I tried on my jewelry in the store when I get back to my car I took one look at my jewelry and I notice my ring was missing a diamond I never even wore my ring yet I feel like I wasted money and the associate switched my ring out with a broke ring.

2 of the 3 workers were rude. 2 of the workers were more concerned with preparing the store for closing than they were helping customers. The wait was unnecessarily long as a result of the closing preparation. The one worker who was helping customers spent entirely too long with the customer she was helping. I wish I would have gotten the names of the 2 workers.

The sales associate did not provide me a receipt for my order she told me she would send via email. The sales rep did not seem to want to help.

The Manager Lana and the Customer Service Representative Britney have no customer service etiquette. Lana does not know how to treat customers and should not be managing anyone nor train people to manage. While visiting from out of town, I visited the Charlotte NC store on Black Friday and after waiting on line for a half an hour, I was told your computers were not working. I was given the option to leave, however upon my return I would have to join the line again. I asked why after I had already waited more that a half an hour and YOUR computers was not working. I was informed by Britney that I could leave if I wanted to but the my place in line would not be held. The manager Lana came out, smelling like weed, and said the same thing. Why am I being punished by Pandora for YOUR system to not be working. I have never been treated so rudely in all the years I've been shopping at Pandora. I will never visit this store, and I will also tell people not to visit this store.

The sales associate was extremely rude and lacked any sense of customer service. When looking for the size ring I needed she boldly exclaimed that she was not getting down to look for it so she needed someone with long arms to assist. She also was rude when I requested that she clean the ring prior to my purchased.
