The customer service of the employee was very disappointing. She kept looking away. She look like she did not wanna be there. Unfortunately, we did come in with positive attitudes, but left with a disappointing feeling. The employee didn’t look like she wanted to be there and it made us not want to be there as well. We were planning on buying lots of Christmas gifts, but unfortunately was unable to buy everything we wanted because we felt like we were going through so much trouble just for her.

The service was highly disappointing. I am a customer that doesn’t ask for to much. Going into the store I knew exactly what I wanted. But unfortunately the sale associate that helped me was not helpful and made my experience disappointing.

What does it matter? You don’t really care! You’ve made that very clear in the last couple attempts I’ve made to express my concerns. Having said that, I won’t bother. Your company has become a joke, and I will discontinue shopping with you.

I brought in 5 full Pandora bracelets to be cleaned and to make a purchase. The lead associate handling my cleaning cleaned the bracelets by just putting them all in the solution, scrubbing for a few seconds and taking them each out. She then placed them on a paper towel to dry it and lightly buffed them with the white buffing cloth when I began to make my purchase of my additional charms. I pointed out there was still heavy tarnish spots on my bracelets where she didn’t remove the charms and on the charms the associate advised me it was really nothing else she could do about that. I know that to not be true because I clean my bracelets & I have my bracelets cleaned at your Pandora stores. I I advised her I brought my bracelets to the place that specialized in cleaning them and they’ve always came out perfect. At the counter she took off the charms and didn’t reclean anything just lightly buffed it. I pointed out after she handed them back they still had no change. The associate told me to use my own elbow grease to get the tarnish marks out as I was holding my sleeping newborn baby. After spending thousands of dollars in your stores I feel very offended!

I placed an online order. Order was not ready when I went and I was told I would have to come back later. I advised I was not coming back at a later time when I had placed the order several hours earlier. I was told I could cancel and rebuy it by the store manager. I honestly feel she just wanted the sale because if she had to get the tablet to see what I ordered she could have just filled the order. I repurchased the item and left the store. As I was walking out she says don’t forget to cancel your online order. So I stepped aside outside and signed into my online account and could not cancel. I had to go back into the store and wait again until she was available so she could cancel the order. It would have been easier and more efficient for her to have just fulfilled the online order when she pulled it to see what I ordered.

I received a bracelet for mother's day and the piece was missing before thirty days and the sales associate said that it was nothing they could do to help me and I would need to purchase another one

Sales associate Tateana B was apparently aggravated before she started to assist me. She was extremely unpleasant. I started to ask for another sales associate. When I asked how to open the bracelet that I eventually purchased she told me I could open it with my nail. She expressed that she wouldn't open it with her nail because she didn't want to break hers. I will add that her nail was extremely too long and dirty underneath.
