The sales associates were not friendly and I was given no greeting when I entered the store. I left the store not being satisfied with my purchase. I returned the gift to another location, where I found more sizes and selections and friendly staff.

Store is very uncomfortable and small, not enough room to move around. Waiting time to be seen is ridiculous. Store didn't have a good selection in merchandise.Most of all sales rep was very unprofessional, rude and didn't take her time with me felt she was rushing with her assistance.

Pandora did not have any of the charms I wanted after waiting for a salesperson for over 30 minutes. The hostess should be able to look and see if the charm is available before I wait. Store is too small.

The pieces I want was not available. Requested another store be called, so happen the phone was busy. One piece I was told I would have to order it or go to New York. I stopped going to this store almost a year ago for the same reason, they didn’t have what I wanted and would not call the other store to hold the item. It was the Christmas ornament with the charm.

The store was extremely busy and crowded and the staff showed NO sense of urgency to help people and get the line moving. The check in process was a mess and there were too many associates standing around doing nothing for or moving slow for the store to be as busy as it was. There was only one register working and only the manager seemed interested in getting the customers served expeditiously. This was my first experience with pandora and I will either order online or visit jareds. I will not visit this store again.

The waiting list was too long and I was specifically waiting on a Certain associate then when I said I'll go with next available associate I was still skipped over. Associate was clueless about Pandora items in general!

I came in with a coupon that was dated wrong and the manager would not honor it for me. I spend tons of money at this location and I feel that the coupon spend 125 and get a ring free should have been honored. It’s not my fault the coupon dates were wrong.

sales person (Slsprsn Tamia E No. 229811)was Racist, did not even said Hi or pay any attention, I wait for complete 20 minutes just for a quick exchange, because of my Head Scraf & my ethinicity, I was treated this way.. people who came after me was attended before me..

I went in looking to replace a ring I lost due to it no longer fitting. When I asked an associate she directed me to another employee who rolled her eyes when she was asked to help me. She asked me what size I needed and I explained I wasn't sure since I have lost weight which is why I need a new ring. She sighed clearly showing she was bothered by having to help me. When we figuered out the sizing I was looking at the case trying to pick out a ring and she kept asking well what are you looking for bling no bling? I said bling and she pull out a ring and said this one is bling. I explained it was too thick for my taste and she made a face and said "but it's really not though" with an attitude. I almost walked out, she clearly did not want to help me and her attitude spoke volumes. That is by far the worse experience I have ever had in a pandora.
