Associates not friendly at all! Didn’t feel welcomed-didn’t help very well in searching for items that I was looking for- so I just bought what was shown to me- will never go back to tha pandora!

The sales associate that assist me was awesome, the other sales associate that was in the store accused me of stealing. I highly upset!

You guys don’t offer resizing for rings. It’s a little ridiculous that I would have to pay for a whole new ring when the ring I had was perfectly fine. It’s a massive rip off. If I would have known that before, I would have purchased a ring somewhere else.

I assume the attendants did not think I would buy anything or were just more interested in helping people of the same race. At one point both the manager and sales person were with one person never even acknowledging we were there. No welcome or anything. Unfortunately the charm I was looking for was not available or online. She said she could check other stores and never did. No box for the bracelet I bought was given instead just a bag. And only after I asked for the box. I personal never experienced such bad service.

The salesperson was very unfriendly. She seemed to be very impatient when I asked to see different charms. When asked you clean my jewelry she did a quick/poor job.

This was my first time ever purchasing anything in Pandora. I asked if they had certain charms in stock, and the associate pointed to a book and said to look there and walked away. She ignored us the entire time to focus on her inventory and whatever other tasks she had to do. We waited a long time for any assistance despite the store being completely empty of any other customers. We felt like our presence in the store was highly unwelcome by the two clerks' lack of a desire to assist us, and it was really awkward. We will be shopping at Jared or online through Ebay from now on for any Pandora items. We will not return to this store, because it would be just as easy to buy online through a third party since we didn't have the ability to get our questions answered anyway due to the clerks not wanting to help us. The stock was also incredibly low and a waste of time attempting to shop there. Overall, we had a really bad first impression of the Pandora brand.

The associate I initially encountered was completely rude. She know I was waiting to ask a question. The store was crowded, but she was on her cell phone, then worked on a register right in front of me, then walked away without ever even acknowledging me. It was extremely rude.

The employee that helped me was rude, and she really had a attitude..if this is her normal ways then this is not good. She acted as if I was bothering her when i asked a question about a price or item that i wanted to purchase. But this isnt the first time that I felt this way while shopping this store (northlake). I ask for the manager number to another employee but the district manager was there and she said she could help. I just decided not to make a scene and leave

I went in to exchange a bracelet size and the size was not available. This is not the first time a size or selection was not available in this store. They never have sizes and never have what I am looking for. They also never have sales going on.
