I purchased a ring a couple of years ago and the stone changed. No one seemed to care that one of their products has a flaw in it. I paid for a ring and didn’t expect for it to turn.🤬

Unable to order online due to special not being applied appropriately. I was also unable to contact anyone to correct the error. I ended up going to Pandora store and was much happier.

The sales associate barely spoke to us the whole time we were there. When we asked about charms she just slapped the book in front of us and pointed . It was our first time there, my 12 year old was using her money that she had saved for her first Pandora.

The clasp on a three year old bracelet was broken. The manager advised that there was nothing she could do to replace it, due to its age. We are able to find the original sales on line. The bracelet was a gift from my sons. It anticipated a discount not a full exchange, however, the manager offered neither. The quality of the jewelry is declining, please empower the sales associates to make decisions tat will keep customers coming back.

Customer service was poor. The sales associates stood talking to each vs waiting on customers in line. They took people from the back of the line vs the trying to help in order.

I brought my broken bracelet back to return and was told it was not under my account. How is that possible? If an item breaks I expect for you to please replace it or fix it.

I thought my sales associate could’ve done a better job of what I was wanting and what all she knew. It seemed as if she thought I should know everything I wanted but she know if they had it.
