The sales associate was extremely rude and unpleasant. I also felt rushed as I made my decision as to what item to purchase. I’ve never experienced customer service this bad at pandora.I Will not be returning to this location

The clerk acted as if she did not want to wait on me. She did not want to show me the cheapest items as I required. I bought 5 items and 4 of them were for 4 people's, Valentine's present. She could not give me 4 cards because y'all did not send this store enough!!! I try to see Erica when I visit this store but she was not there. I suppose I'm spoiled ! Erica seems to know exactly what I'm looking for. Please. Give Erica a raise!!!!!!!!! I missed her so much.

I exchanged a ring during the one year warranty on Sunday. Today is Tuesday and a stone has already came out of the ring. I will make another 1.5 round trip to have this addressed. This Pandora location is being renovated and extremely clean. However the store is very under staffed, the staff does offer to let you check in but only if you stand around the central display. (Check in time texts there is a 0 minute wait, but was 20+ minutes after you are allowed to sign in).

"Cash out/Credit card machine/IPAD" Sales Associates swipe/inserted card about 6 times; Then had to go register with another 3 swipes/inserted to process my order. Manager finally came out from back cancelled order from cash register and redid sale on credit card machine. Showed Sales Associates how to enter sale correctly on Credit Card IPAD (Really) I Was late picking up my daughter from volleyball practice :( .

I went to get a charm and when I asked the associate she had no idea What I was talking about, had to go online and show her. So basically I did the sale !

Couldn’t return my bracelet to a bigger size, The Store didn’t even have the bangle period. Sales associates were not even trying to make it right in my eyes. They didn’t offer any resolution.to make me happy as the customer.

Item was left at store and had to go several times for item to be returned. After third attempt problem was resolved.

As a customer, I dont like to be rushed when shopping in a store, especially when I’m unsure as to exactly what I want. Knowing that I was going to purchase something, doesn’t mean an associate should ever rush a customer. I was Unable to view multiple items due to the sales associate being impatient. This was my worse experience in a pandora store. It didn’t make sense to be rushed especially when there were no other customers waiting to come inside the store or be helped. Every customer was working with someone. I will Not be returning to this store again.
