Customer service is lacking in many areas

Old charms that I wanted to replace were not available and have been discontinued. Sports is a huge category that should always be available as it’s a great gift and big part of many lives. Basketball, football and cheerleading represent my 3 children and none of those charms are made anymore.

Sale associates were not very helpful.

They didn't have some merchandise out. The sales clerk kept asking me what did I like. I told her I'm browsing and I just want to see what they have. Then the sales clerk rolled her eyes as if I was annoying her.

Only one sales person and waited over 30 minutes for service because the person before me wanted to look at every item in the store. When I finally interrupted after 30 minutes were told the 2 items I wanted were out of stock without even checking. When I pushed they looked and did find one of the items. Asked for a emailed receipt that I have still not received.

There was no acknowledgment when you walked in the store, considering how much you pay for one little charm. When the girl did help she was so dry, no personality, no conversation, when I asked her something she just pointed. I almost walked out and didn't buy anything.

Associate was not very friendly. They did not have the charm I wanted in stock & she was trying to give me the display one! She didn't even ask if I was willing to accept it! Presumed too much if you ask me!

Sales associate was not helpful, seemed very frustrated. She did not offer other solutions when she was out of what I wanted.

I wasn't satisfied because the last helping me didn't know hot to respond to the questions I had. She would get very nervous and she just wouldn't answer them.

I feel that the associate that helped me wasn’t friendly. She was not being rude, but there was a hint of sarcasm in her voice. I felt like I wanted to rush out of there because I was wasting her time. I prefer the Disney Springs Pandora much better.
