The associates are great. I only wish that when I go into any Pandora(not just this one) not knowing what I want that the associates would just bring out ALL the trays at least one at a time and just let me shop everything that's available to purchase in the store, not just leave what's on top inside the case expecting me to only shop what's on top.

The sales associates had a difficult time navigating and assisting a large crowd. Also, the sales associate was not knowledgeable of products throughout the store. Furthermore, after patiently waiting and being checked out the sales associate failed to mention the promotion for completing the survey after she told previous guest about completing the survey. Very poor experience and customer service during this visit.

I was surprised that they don't have in store repair. I was gifted this bracelet in November 2020 and the clamp where it connects is loose. It has to be a manufacturer defect because I haven't had it a year and don't wear it often.

Associated put two to three charms per box even after my sister confirmed that each charm got its own box. I’ve had a lot better service in the past. My sister and I spent just shy of $1,000.

Not so much not satisfied just stood in line for a long time . Hard to really judge a whole experience by that . My charm is great though .

I wasn’t quite sastified because I wanted to look around the store because I actually was interested in buying more but I felt like I was being rushed onto making a purchase this was a gift to me from my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. So I wanted to really look around and get what I wanted

The location I went to didn’t have the ring sizes I needed for certain rings .. had an issue with associate pulling me up in the system and instead of asking for help she kept kind of wasting time. I appreciate her trying but I was in there longer than I should have been. Almost walked out due to the amount of time I was waiting for the little problem she was having finding me in the system when she could’ve simply just added me to it and get it over with. Won’t be returning to the North Lake mall location most likely and will be sticking to my favorite location in Pineville, NC
