I love my new ring!!! I am completely satisfied. Wish you had more options in the rose gold collection!

I was completely satisfied with my product and the sale associates. They were great in explaining some items for me and help me to make a great decision.

I was purchasing a ring for someone as a birthday gift. The store used to carry gift boxes for the rings which made the gift itself a little more special. The store does not carry these boxes anymore and it is kind of sad.

Two issues on my first visit: 1. Sales rep was getting off and she to me to come back in 15 minutes and my bracket would be cleaned well come back and no one knew about my bracelet. 2. I wanted the Charlotte charm that another rep was telling about and showed me in the book. Well they couldn't find it but was telling me we have one in the store, next they took my name and number and said someone will call you when we find it or not. I'm still waiting on a call. Customer service sucks!!

The sales people were busy talking to each other.They we’re not friendly. They seem as if they did not want to be bothered

I was looking for certain things and wasn't available. And well honestly it's hard when you drive a while to go to Pandora. Then they don't have anything

There was a long wait which is understandable because of the sale. However the rep refused to bring up any trays- instead she would pick up charms to show. It took longer because I couldn’t see a selection. I was looking for rose gold charms - but she said they were scattered all over and would not bring up any trays for me to look at. When I got home - I realized that there were nicer charms that would’ve worked on the bracelet. Returning it tomorrow to do over the bracelet at a more convenient time.

The sales representative was not personable. Very dull!

Sales associate, Diamond seemed….very dry. Not very friendly at all. She acted like I was getting on her nerves because I was having a hard time deciding. I did end up spending way more then I intended because I couldn’t decide between 3 charms.
