I was purchasing a ring for someone as a birthday gift. The store used to carry gift boxes for the rings which made the gift itself a little more special. The store does not carry these boxes anymore and it is kind of sad.

Two issues on my first visit: 1. Sales rep was getting off and she to me to come back in 15 minutes and my bracket would be cleaned well come back and no one knew about my bracelet. 2. I wanted the Charlotte charm that another rep was telling about and showed me in the book. Well they couldn't find it but was telling me we have one in the store, next they took my name and number and said someone will call you when we find it or not. I'm still waiting on a call. Customer service sucks!!

There was a long wait which is understandable because of the sale. However the rep refused to bring up any trays- instead she would pick up charms to show. It took longer because I couldn’t see a selection. I was looking for rose gold charms - but she said they were scattered all over and would not bring up any trays for me to look at. When I got home - I realized that there were nicer charms that would’ve worked on the bracelet. Returning it tomorrow to do over the bracelet at a more convenient time.

Sales associate, Diamond seemed….very dry. Not very friendly at all. She acted like I was getting on her nerves because I was having a hard time deciding. I did end up spending way more then I intended because I couldn’t decide between 3 charms.
