I returned the charms that I had purchased on the previous day since they did not completely match any of my bracelets. The sales associate was not very pleasant about doing the return and helping me to find other charms. She made me feel like it was a bad thing to return the charms that I had purchase no more than 24 hours ago.

The bracelet size that I needed was not in the store. This was the second time recently that my size wasn't available. I was disappointed, but I bought a different bracelet.

There was not enough staff to help the customers. During the holiday season the expectation of more customers visiting the store should warrant more staff on hand to reduce the customer wait time.

We tried to use a $10.00 “coupon” for having completed a earlier survey. The salesperson tried 3x to get it to work with no luck. It was suggested that it had been used and that is why it did not work. I can assure you that was not the case. So we paid an extra $10.00 for our purchase.

My son had purchased a bracelet for my birthday. When I decided to where it, I noticed it was to large. I tried to return or downgrade the dice and the sale rep. Said it had been more than 30 days. I was really disappointed that I could not exchange the bracelet size, even with a small fee I would have been satisfied. Especially since it was a gift and I was unaware of the store return or exchange policy.
