Good visit, crowded and no complaints

The sales Rep was extremely friendly and personable . Staffed well , there were enough associates to help all customers . Showed me options and informed me of products .

I think that the prices were a little high. The sales associate was very helpful and knew the product very well and made helpful suggestions. Do you ever have sales or send coupons?

Went to the mall with a friend from out of town who had never been to a Pandora store expecting to have a great shopping experience but quickly discovered it had moved to a temporary location. It was not fully stocked, poorly lit and lightly staffed. The sales girls were wonderful and did all they could to wait on everyone but it was not actually a pleasant experience. Hopefully, on my next visit the remodeled store will be open.

Because all time we need wearing long time for recive asistente

This store is to small in Northlake Mall in Charlotte NC. And this store has alot of traffic in the store with strollers etc. Merchandise is to low to the floor as well.
