The waiting time to get service was touble. There were two sale persons and they were helping someone. But to have to wait a hour are more was to long to have to wait.

I had to wait in the store while my bracelet was clean. I understand the policy was changed however, that is a huge inconvenience. I had three bracelets and wanted clean and only cleaned one due to the policy change

I prefer my last associate (Erica). Erica was not there. Ms Vicki does not have the patience or. feeling about what you want.. I'M probably older than Ms. Vicki but she is not the one to sell this jewelry. She offered no suggestions or anything new.

It was busy and there were only 2 people working, but I guess being busy is a good thing :) When the lady got to me she was very nice, no problems.

Saturday evening before Easter, on;y two staff working. Estimated about 40 minutes between customers. The manager should have informed the customers she was short staff. It would have helped the atmosphere.
