First it is a nice store and Mykah was very helpful with my exchange. The wait was way too long. I was waiting longer than it took me to shop in the entire mall. More help was needed!

I am very pleased with my purchase. However, I was not pleased with the lack of staff and availability for questions. It took over half an hour to even get to ask a simple question about an item. Then it took another 20 minutes to just get to purchase the item I knew that I wanted. This store is so busy and I feel it deserves more workers.

When the sales associate that was working with me asked her co-worker the location of some merchandise, the co-worker stated ( don’t waste your time taking out merchandise unless your sure they are going to buy it, they can just look through the glass). My sales associate also thought that was rude and unprofessional to say in front of customers.

I felt like the associate that assisted me didnt make it a great experience. I wish the lady I talked to there the day before was there to help me. She was friendly helped me find my bracelet size and just really made it an experience from me. This is myvery first purchase from Pandora so was just little disappointed rep didnt make it pleasant
