I do love this store and have shopped here before. However the sales associate on this visit was not very friendly, it seemed as though she was in a rush to get us in and out instead of just letting me look. My friend and I were the only 2 in the store at the time. I was shopping for a young girl that is a family friend as a gift and every time I would look at a charm to add she would say “ is this the one you want? And then she would start putting the bracelet together before I had made a decision. When I did finally choose all the charms she put it together and started wrapping it, so I had to ask if I could see the finished bracelet before she boxed it up. She said sure but it was obvious that she she was irritated. Had I not needed the bracelet that day I would have just left and come back when someone else was there that was friendlier.

I got the new pandora bracelet with the butterfly charm and “ D” initial. The bracket has a piece that came loose And the butterfly fell off. This was a gift and the my first pandora product. I think I will stick with Alex and Andy have not had any issues with them.

I just wasn’t happy with not being able to use my coupon. I also didn’t like the mangers attitude. She was very short with me and the associate that was helping me.

The store is a little cramp and could be a little bigger. I was serviced by someone in training. The number of items for sale can be overwhelming.

Apparently the charms I was looking for are no longer available, even though I can find them online. The safety chain I was also looking for was available, but out of stock.

The service was good. 2 of the main charms i wanted were not available.

When trying on rings some of the sizes were mixed up, Also sale associate told me it was a size 8 but I found out they don’t carry 8 just 8.5 sizing is a little confusing

Most of the items I was looking for the store did not have. My sister and I had to keep looking at the catalog and ask if they had the charm we was looking for .
