I really like this location's selection and the staff. I was just disappointed that I tried to exchange a bracelet twice and each time the size I needed was not in stock. I ended up getting a different style

I did not like the fact that they two young sales associates in the store did not acknowledge new costumers. I waited patiently for assistance and was ignored for an unreasonable amount of time. When I finally spoke up the associates were not nice. Finally, a third associate came in and proceeded to help me. (I will like to note that the store was not very crowded when I entered that should have warranted a long wait.)

When entering the store you were not advised to sign in. Had to ask what the process was after being at the store for more than 5 minutes.

The area is very tight and a lot of the merchandise were gone. It could have been due to being Christmas time but I feel that you should always restock with more merchandise. Also some of the pricing for some the charms are very pricey and with the Rose Gold it fades. More sales reps to help.

Store was crowded do to sale items. No one told us when we came in that we need to sign in on a piece of paper. Felt rushed, even though I am the owner of 21 bracelets and many, many, many charms. Would not replace my palm tree whose truck as broken twice now. It’s my second one. The second broke. I understand the sale was on but the employees at my arm for bracelets with disbelief and not help. The shine collection has rubbed off some gold and scratches too easily. I’ve been collecting for nearly twelve years and received many more of my mother’s collection after she passed last year. We would like to return and have my palm tree replaced and also not feel rushed. I know what I wanted when I came to the store. The HP collection, I was missing a few. I know Pandora is getting popular again but we long time collectors remember a time when if anything was wrong it was taken care of in a timely many even if the charm was lurched more than a year ago.
