The particular items I was interested in were not available/discontinued. This changed my entire gift giving moment. But my sales rep, helped a great deal anyway.

Jon was prompted, knowledgeable, friendly, and a very “slick” salesperson. he wears the title sales manager well. He definitely know how to convince a customer to purchase than more than they intend to spend.

The sales rep didn’t fasten my clamp and it fell off and got lost 2 days later

I understand the mood for this time. It makes us all a little uncomfortable. I could feel the strain and it made my experience less than great.

The overall visit was great! I did have to wait for thirty minutes before I was able to talk to someone, because there was only two people and the store was busy, but when someone was able to get to me I knew exactly what I needed and quickly got out of the store.

There was no particular reason just wasnt highly satisfied went in knew what i want got it and left.

I was not pleased with my experience at Pandora due to the fact that not one associate greeted me or my friend when we entered the store. Their was also only one associate out on the floor, while all of the other associates were congregated in the back of the store. No one there seemed eager to assist us.
