Jon was prompted, knowledgeable, friendly, and a very “slick” salesperson. he wears the title sales manager well. He definitely know how to convince a customer to purchase than more than they intend to spend.

The overall visit was great! I did have to wait for thirty minutes before I was able to talk to someone, because there was only two people and the store was busy, but when someone was able to get to me I knew exactly what I needed and quickly got out of the store.

I was not pleased with my experience at Pandora due to the fact that not one associate greeted me or my friend when we entered the store. Their was also only one associate out on the floor, while all of the other associates were congregated in the back of the store. No one there seemed eager to assist us.
