Even though the wait time to get in the store was long, the sales associates were caring and doing their best. At moments, things got somewhat unorganized but overall I am happy about my purchase and glad I got it done.

I was a part of the holiday rush so it was a line to get in the store. After entering the store and beginning to shop, I found that several items were sold out. Likewise, promotional items were not available.

I had to wait on line for 1:11 just to get into the store.

I was looking for a specific item which was advised that they did not have. There were 2 associates looking for it. Before I left the store the manager assisted me with another transaction and the item I wanted was actually there. I think the associates need better knowledge of item location.

I did not like being told to wait outside and be services at a counter and when the store got empty was not offered to come into the store until I advised of my discomfort. The manager was rude and did not resolve the issue before going to get his lunch.

Overall the service was great the young woman who attended me, Faith, was very helpful and understanding she was also super kind. However we mainly only stayed on one side of the store so we couldn’t see what was not the other side but it’s okay because I understand there were other people in the store and we need to social distance. I did make many purchases on this trip and I’m most likely to com back before the sale ends

I recently lost my mom and I wanted a charm to remember her by. Although I did not find a specific Rest In Peace charm, the associate helped me find a charm with wings and a subtle saying spread your wings and fly. Oh I loved the concept. I also purchased my mom’s initial it was a moment for me to remember my mom. Thank you Pandora

The store was small and they didn’t have a lot of items in stock. I had to make a purchase online and couldn’t get the sale bracelet with my total purchase.
