The staff were knowledgeable about what I needed to know. The store was well maintained and clean. I had a great time with the staff.

There were only 2 associates available and they were assisting 2 other customers. I had to wait for 14 minutes before being assisted. Then 2 more employees exited from the rear of the store after I had to wait.

the bracelet i brought in to get a charm put on broke by the worker trying to open it. i was offered a replacement but i feel if the worker didn't have her nails so long she would not have had to use an instrument to open up the bracelet causing damage. as a matter of fact all the workers nails were extremely too except for one young lightskin/ fair skin woman. the worker we had could not even type in my information on the ipad to make me a profile. she gave the ipad to my daughter to input my information and my daughter's information into the system. I feel we should be at least compensated for this with at least a discount on our next purchase or a free charm at least.

I knew exacly what I wanted prior to my arrival so, I didn't look around for anything else. The attendant gave me what I wanted without additional questions besides the wrist size. I purchase from pandora fairly often but the only coupons/ discounts that are ever offered is for purchases that exceed $100.

Whenever I take my jewelry to be cleaned, it's never done correctly the first time. I have to bring it to their attention so that it can be recleaned. It's aggravating
