The layout of the store is to small, associates could barely serve you without having to move to allow another associate to past through.

The representative didn't ask for my information to have my items on my file for insurance like it was done previously.

There were no sales going on at my time of purchase. There are no opportunity to customers who already has a credit card. There are no discounts when you purchase two or more items. I would like to have more purchasing power through buying several items with a discount because the items are very high for the ones I would like to purchase.

It was my Mother's Birthday she was purchasing a bracelet and charms and I intended to purchase charms for her as well. She initially was being help by a young lady and it seemed extremely rushed. Zakiyya finished her customer and complimented me and I shared with her my alma mater was her current institution of higher education.
