There was one piece in the entire store with my daughter’s birth stone in it. Prices are pretty high for what you get.

My sales rep was very helpful however the other associate was vocal about how she wanted to go home and interrupted my conversation with the rep to talk about her personal stuff. I felt like i was a bother although it was late i wanted to take my time

The store did not have certain charms in stock
