First time purchase. Waiting to see if I like the quality or not

I received the silver bracelet with charms for Xmas and has worn it maybe two weeks and the bracelet was tarnished in certain spots

There was a line outside. I had to wait about 30 minutes but The great service was great when I got in the store. Kathy was amazing, funny and nice.

Very welcoming when you enter. Gave tons of suggestion. Very welling to assist.

The wait time was long due to staffing. Maybe during the holiday you can have more staff available.

The line was extremely long.

I purchased a bracelet and it kept opening and falling to the ground. The last time it did it I was gonna bring it back to the store and someone stole it out of my checked bag while I was traveling.
