I had to ask for assistance as all 3 ladies were talking. The assistant who said would help me continued finish some paperwork so I had to wait for her. I asked to see some charms and her nails were so long she was having trouble pick them up and only did so when I actually asked to see out of the box and hold. I could tell I was an inconvenience and would have left but I needed a birthday gift. I then had to ask for a box for the charm as it was just going to go in a bag! I have shopped at this store before and never had this problem. I think I may shop on line rather than go in this store again.

If I placed an online order in advance there should be a different line for pickup. Not just one long line for everyone. That would have made the line move quicker.

I have a Pandora bracelet where the clasps kept getting loose. I went to Pandora hoping they would be able to help me. They said it happened a lot with these kinds of bracelets and I am disappointed that Pandora doesn’t do anything about this.

Sales person did not want us looking at the more inexpensive rings, kind of disregarded what we wanted and took us to the rings in the cage.

I was satisfied with my experience. The only problem was they were out of stock due to the high demand during the sales period.

Become there products are good and I like that they give a year warranty on cleaning

the woman assisting me with my purchase was great! she was quick with getting the charms and ring i asked to see!

Going in pandora always is clean and organized. The employees always try to find what you like and find your interests. Customer service overall is really good.

Customer service and attitudes of the entire staff was excellent. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. The store was clean and there was a verity of products to choose from.
