It toke long time before some one came to help and she was not busy others was stand at the door talking and then she came over to ask if I need help

At first the first salesperson didn’t quite know much of our question. She must’ve been new. But someone else came to her rescue. But overall it was fine.

Was not satisfied with the sales associate attitude.

It was never communicated that if you purchase a 50% sale item/charm that it was the FINAL SALE. Also an item was on sale, the crown, and we just purchased it. Per the manager because it was 4 days past 30 days. As much money as we spend in Pandora and a great customer it was VERY DISAPPOINTING of the manager to not even consider those facts. But because she was “new” she didn’t want too. The ladies that know us would have granted the price adjustment. Very Disappointing as the sale just took place at probably the 30 day mark. Very upset about that one. That could’ve paid went towards another charm we were interested in.

The store was clean. The associate was very helpful. The store had the actual charm I was looking for so that was a plus. I will be back again to shop at this location.
