Pandora Jewelry

The associate was new and probabley nervous. She didn't appear steady or friendly. The trainer (more experienced associate) was trying to help the trainee while waiting on other cutomers.

I purchased a gift card. Nothing to rate as far as merchandise. The staff were prompt and friendly.

The jewelry box that was offered if you spent $150 or more was not available at this time. I thought the sale has just started, to me the box they gave you was smaller than the original offered what .

Bad timing to visit the store due to the holiday coming up. Only on my part. The store and the service were both nice.

I was delighted with my experience at pandora just because I didn't put highly satisfied does not mean I was not. We all enjoyed our visit and the customer service.

The sale person that help me wasn’t very pleasant in doing her job she made the other workers look bad . Not a customer service person. Think she jus wanted a job .

I was in the store to look at the new product, and ask questions about a previous product, the representative was very helpful and made great suggestions about product which I could consider.

I was highly satisfied with my visit. It took longer than usual. I will continuing shopping with pandora.
