This was my first time in there the lady made me feel I always go in there

my bracelet is sparkling because I got it cleaned and I bought a safety chain so I don't loose my charms.

They are always friendly, know the merchandise and very helpful with my questions and selections.

The representatives went well above expectations! I was purchasing a gift for a family member and for myself and the service couldn't have been better! Can't wait to return!

The sales agent did give a soft pouch jut put it in the bags.

I was highly satisfied with this experience. Cassidy was nothing short of amazing. However, my overall experience with this Pandora based on past a present is satisfactory.

There were limited selection of clips. Secondly, I returned an item that I purchased using apple pay I was asked to go to my settings to prove that it was charged to the card. I explained to the rep that as a loyal customer I felt targeted and uncomfortable having to go to such extreme for a refund. I’ve never had to do that before. I would have preferred that they ask for my ID to do the return. It did not feel like a customer-focused experience.

I went to purchase a ring and was told that they didn’t have it and couldn’t tell me if they might get it in at another day
