I was very satisfied with the assistance available immediately upon arrival.the sales associate’s knowledge of merchandise was excellent. I liked the use of catelogs so that the associates could go and grab what you see that you want.

The associates were very nice. The help was very quick. They helped me pick out exactly what I needed.

My sales person, Santana number 162405 was the greatest. I wanted a charm for an older bride and not her first wedding but wanted meaning to the charm. Santana helped me to select the perfect charm and helped me with the wording to put on the card with the charm! Wonderful experience! NO, she did tell me to use her name, Just saw it on my receipt.

Wonderful customer service

I was extremely satisfied with my Pandora experience. A couple of days later I actually lost the charm I had just bought. I haven't had a chance to talk with any customer service representatives about it but I still am glad that I was able to purchase my first charm for my birthday.
