From the moment I first entered the store in was met with courtesy and professionalism. It was a breath of fresh air to experience good old fashion customer service! Catrina took the time to listen to me and zero in on what I wanted.

Nicole and the other associate there that day were very knowledgeable and helpful. Nicole delivered superior customer service and went above and beyond. I was purchasing a charm for a gift, came in knowing what I wanted and she showed a few other pieces and I found one I absolutely loved and changed. She also cleaned my Pandora bracelet and took the time to tell me how to clean and I also purchased the cleaning kit with the bags that my Pandora bangle bracelet actually fits in. I am so happy with my purchase and the customer service my husband and I received on 11/03/17 at 19:24 that day. Both Nicole and the other associate which I did not get her name were great. We just moved near this location and will definitely be back.
