Extremely helpful and pleasant staff from the minute you walk through the door. I came in looking for something specific and within seconds the items were located.

The salesperson greeted me right away, I had a broken clasp on my bracelet and she exchanged it for a new one with no questions asked. Very pleasant experience.

I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes and satisfied my objective of purchasing a gift.

Every time I walk in the store whether it’s to clean my bracelets or to purchase charms I’m always greeted and treated with respect....All of the associates are great, but since I came in the store with a small Ziplock bag with about 6-8 broken charms, Katrina has taken great care of myself and my husband. She’s NEVER forgotten our names and she took the time and explained how important it was to care for my bracelets. I ...I mean WE spent a lot of money on them...lol!!!! I always enjoy the friendliness of the store associate. I always forget her name but she has the prettiest black short bob type hairstyle, she's a survivor. She is always sweet and so pleasant. She deserves a raise. The others associates are friendly as well but she is the reason I go inside even if it's just to say hello.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to pandora, I was looking for the new chokers that came out that week. The associate was very helpful in my decision making.

I was satisfied because the charms that I wanted were available. I also loved that the staff was knowledgeable yet down to earth and not uppity. The l9catipn od the store is also good.
