I generally like to work with one particular sales person; however, she was working with another customer. Kashmia was the next available sales rep. While my first thought was to tell her I was waiting for Catrina, I decided to work with Kashmia as it looked like Catrina was going to be tied up for a while. Kashmia was great! I am always clueless as to what I want but she was able to make recommendations that truly fit what I needed. We actually spent a great deal of time together and as a result I ended my shopping trip with 4 new bracelets and 5 additional charms. It was not my intent to purchase all that I did but I certainly feel as though it was money well spent as I end up with charms for myself and birthday gifts for my two girls. Now, I am happy to say that I have two sales reps that I truly enjoy working with at Pandora Northlake. I am sure the other reps are just as qualified but it always helps when the reps are able to be patient with indecisive and OCD customers. these two ladies never make me feel like I need to hurry and make a snap decision. Catrina even came over to speak once she finished with her customer! Great customer service!!!
