Shari was the most helpful associate I have worked with in quite a while. She looked in the back for the items she didn’t have in the store; the only issue I was was unavailability of two charms and a ring I was seeking. She also said she’d notify me when those pieces came in.

I was truly impressed with the service that I received. I told the manager what I was looking for, they didnt have it. He wnet through several charms till I found one that I liked. He was patient and thoughtful. I couldn't ask for better.

The store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. She allowed my wife to exchange a bracelet that was a bit small for one that was the right size. We were so thankful for the way we were treated that we actually purchased two more charms for her bracelet. The only issue I have is at the purchase I requested an email receipt, which I never received. I called the store a few days after the purchase to see if they could email the receipt, and was informed they could not however they did say they will print the receipt and I can pick it up. This is OK, except the mall is almost 30 miles one way.
