From the time I entered the store, I was provided with excellent customer service. Even though they were very busy, I did not have to wait long.

I was greated as soon as I walked into the store. The sales person was very friendly. She tried to help me find watch I was looking for. However it was sold out. So she helped me make another selection. Which I am very happy with.

Windy was very nice and knowledgeable. She greeted me and assisted with excellence.

The staff was very nice to me. I was unsure how they would react since I had to return three of the five charms I purchased. They returned it without question and made the process very easy.
