Great sales associate - he knew his stuff and let me look at the new charms that hadn’t been released yet

The associate was very friendly knowledgeable polite and funny.He made me feel very comfortable didn't rush me and helped me with my selections. It was fun to see that this person was not in a hurry to get rid of me wanted me to feel he realy wanted me to make sure that this was what I wanted a pleasure not to be in a hurry thanks for every thing will be back soon.

There was no waiting for assistance in the store. There was a very large selection of charms. The salesperson, Jay, was very helpful and made our visit enjoyable.

The clasp of my bracelet was broken and the lovely manager and new trainee were delightful to work with. They cleaned my bracelet,showed me some new items and explained how to reassemble my bracelet correctly to avoid kinking the extender. Great experience, I will be back.
