Lucia was very patient and knowledgeable, which was a major factor for my responses. I was looking for something special for a friend's 40th birthday and she provided wonderful ideas on not only that gift but also rearranging the charms on the bracelet I had cleaned. Of course, I ended up spending more than planned, but I also had to have the Pandora items she was wearing. :)

The customer service is always excellent. You are never rushed through your transaction even if you decide to look for something else to add to your purchase. I stopped going to Jared for my Pandora items because the service I receive in the store always is of top quality. You have a customer for life!

Santana, the salesperson was beyond great!!! I had had so many bad experiences in this Pandora location with other sales girls, but Santana was exceptional!!! She was patient and kind and gave us suggestions without overselling. Will definitely come back to shop with Santana!!!

The sales associate was wonderful, very knowledgeable about the products making the experience very pleasant! She was also very mindful of the time, since the shop was busy making sure she acknowledged everyone that came in yet not making me feel rushed.

I bought a charm but I wanted a grandma and 2 charms for my aunts that were not in the store.

I've been to this store several times and am always very satisfied. The sales associates are very patient and spend as much time as need while i'm making my choices.
