I received excellent customer service from Kashmia while shopping.

This was my first time in the store and the associate that helped me Mykah was very helpful. She assisted me with my first Pandora purchase and she rearranged my bracelet so the charms were evenly distributed.

Pandora would not be my go to store for a gift or myself, but hearing my wife talking about it I decided to check it out. Once I get in the store I wondered around with no clue on what to get my wife or how do the bracelets work. Once Windy, a sales associate, greeted me she was able to walk me through the process and made my experience very satisfying. Honestly spending almost 400 on something I had no clue I was going to get was a little high, but it sure will be worth it.

Sales person was very helpful. Leslie went out of her way to help me find the charms I needed.
