The Customer Service Representative was extremely patient with me, as I wanted to rearrange the charms on my bracelets (4). She assisted me with color to help make my bracelets more attractive. I was very satisfied.

Shari was amazing. She took her time with my indecisive 12 yr old daughter. She went above and beyond. A few hours after we left my daughter changed her mind about her purchase so we went back. I can’t say anything more about her knowledge and friendliness. She needs to train her peers on being personable. She took my info and stated she will contact me once the size bracelet I need comes in. I will definitely be back to see ONLY her.

The sales associate Kash made the whole experience wonderful. I had originally worked with her before Christmas and she was So helpful and patient, and treating me like a friend. I told everyone how wonderful my experience was with her. Although, I was disappointed that stones have fallen out of my ring I originally purchased, I was happy to go back and work with Kash. She helped me select a different ring.
